Terms of service

These terms apply to all purchases from this store, operated by Swoop, Porto, Portugal (contact: swoop.shop@outlook.com).

1. Orders. Your order is an offer to buy; the contract is formed when we confirm it by email.

2. Prices and payment. Prices include VAT where applicable. Shipping is free. Payment is taken at checkout through the payment methods shown.

3. Sale prices. Black Friday prices apply until November 30; regular prices apply from December 1.

4. Delivery. See our Shipping Policy. Risk passes to you on delivery.

5. Cancellation and returns. See our Refund Policy.

6. Safe use. The brush gets hot: use it only on dry hair, keep it away from skin and eyes, let it cool before putting the cap on, keep it away from water and out of reach of children, and never style while driving.

7. Liability. We are liable without limitation for intent, gross negligence and injury to life, body or health, and under mandatory consumer law. Otherwise our liability is limited to foreseeable damage typical for the contract.

8. Warranty. The statutory warranty rights apply.

9. Disputes. We are not obliged and not willing to take part in dispute resolution before a consumer arbitration board. Portuguese law applies, without depriving you of the protection of the mandatory law of your country of residence.
