30-day guarantee: if swoop isn't right for you, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and we'll help you return it for a refund.

EU right of withdrawal: you can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. Email swoop.shop@outlook.com with your name, order number and the items, then send them back within 14 days. We refund the price and the original delivery cost within 14 days using your original payment method; we may wait until we receive the items back. For a change of mind you pay the return shipping.

Damaged, faulty or wrong item: email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or a refund at no cost to you. Your statutory warranty rights always apply.
