Shipping

Shipping is free on every order and tracked. Your delivery estimate is shown at checkout, and we email your tracking number when your order ships.

If we can't ship your order within the promised time, we will email you and you can cancel for a full refund. Customs duties for countries outside the EU, if any, are paid by the customer.

Returns

If swoop isn't right for you, email swoop.shop@outlook.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and we will help you return it for a refund. For a change of mind, you pay the return shipping.

If your item arrives damaged, faulty or wrong, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will send a replacement or a refund at no cost to you. Your statutory warranty rights always apply.

If you return a pack, please return its free gifts too.
